International Women's Conference: Early Bird Tickets Now On Sale!

We are delighted to announce that tickets are now on sale for our conference on 28-29 November 2015.

The tickets on sale are at a special early bird rate, until 1 November 2015.

Tickets with CPD accreditation will be available soon, at £80 for the weekend or £60 for a day.

For block bookings for groups of 10 or more please contact us by email at feminism@haldane.org to arrange a discount.  Equally, for those unable to pay at the lowest rate, please contact us by email at feminism@haldane.org to arrange a reduction or remission of ticket price on a case-by-case basis.

Please also email us at feminism@haldane.org if you have any childcare requirements, access issues, or special dietary requirements (except vegetarianism, which will be catered for).

Haldane Feminist Lawyers 2014 Reading Group

The Haldane Feminist Lawyers will be holding our second annual autumn reading group.  Our book for this year will be Borderline Justice, by Frances Webber

Our reading group will be taking place at the London Action Resource Centre  (http://www.londonarc.org/), whose location is less than 5 minutes from Whitechapel tube station on the District, Hammersmith and City, and Overground lines. The address is 62 Fieldgate Street, Whitechapel, London, E1 1ES

A social event for women and allies to share personal experiences of being involved in the legal system, studying the law, or campaigning for justice, and the particular challenges for women.

  • Coming together to build a more progressive, woman-friendly, and socialist profession;
  • Supporting one another in a profession marked by inequality and threatened by unprecedented legal aid cuts.
